Sleep

Sleep is truly the base of your overall wellness and in this phase we figure out what YOU need to help optimize your sleep in a realistic and sustainable way. Then you'll have more energy to eat healthy and exercise. You won't deal with caffeine jitters and blood sugar roller coasters because you won't be brewing your sleep or searching for quick energy sources anymore!

PHASE 2

Nutrition

Learn how to leverage your nutrition to help you feel calmer and in control of your days. No more reaching for whatever happens to be available in the moment and another 400 calorie coffee. Instead you'll be eating foods that will keep you energized and satisfied so that you're not riding the wave of unstable blood sugar which translates to hanxiety and feeling out of control.
