This Is My Story
My journey has included just wanting to get strong, reducing anxiety, and coming back from injuries/reducing aches and pains.
Now that I'm into my 30s longevity and doing what I can now to support my future self has become even more important. There are a lot of things that run in my family that I'm trying to avoid like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, and diabetes. These things are largely preventable or at the very least can be well-managed and I've seen too many in my life struggle with them.
It's inspired me to help women learn how to incorporate strength training, healthy nutrition, and lifestyle habits that make them as strong and resilient as possible so they can feel empowered for decades to come!

Hey! I'm Janna- nature lover, doggo mom, Trekkie, bookworm.
For over a decade I've immersed myself in the world of health and wellness starting with my Bachelor's in Health Sciences which was followed up by several different certifications listed below. I am a forever student! I'm passionate about health and wellness because I know that so many health conditions and issues-even anxiety- can be avoided or made more manageable simply through exercise, better nutrition, and overall improved self-care. I see this in my family, in the clients I've worked with, and even in myself. My goal is to help you take back your health AND your life!
