The 14 Day Self-Care Challenge is meant to help you see how simple it can be to get into the habit of prioritizing your self-care. It's important to know that there are a wide variety of ways to practice self-care and that it doesn't have to take a lot of time to be impactful. Just like little bits of stress in our lives can add up to us feelin a little cray or having a mental break down in the middle of the living room floor (getting a little personal here), the little bits of recovery and self-care things we do add up as well. Use this challenge to help you bring your wellness to the forefront of your mind and be open to trying some new things! If you do this challenge diligently, by the end of the 14 days you'll find yourself feeling a little, or even a lot, more chill AND you'll have some new self-care habits in place that you can continue long-term!
