The goal of the 14 Day Self-Care Challenge is to help you see how simple it can be to add self-care practices into your life that don't have to be complicated or time consuming. Dive in and bring your wellness to the forefront of your mind and be open to trying some new things! Use the things that resonate and leave the ones that don't. By the end of the challenge, you'll find that you feel more grounded, resilient, and capable of handling the little life stressors that might seem so overwhelming to you right now. And you'll have more self-care tools in your toolbox to use in the long-term.
