What is the return policy for digital items?

All sales are final for any digital items purchased through the shop.

What is the return policy for physical items?

Any physical items including, but not limited to, clothing, hats, bags, water bottles, mugs, journals, notebooks, etc. that have been damaged or are defective in some way must be submitted within 30 days from when the item was received. Submit your return request by emailing janna@jl-wellness.com.

What if I did not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order please email janna@jl-wellness.com. If it was not delivered due to being unclaimed or a wrong address you will be responsible for the reshipment fees.

What if my t-shirt design is fading?

Be sure to carefully read the care instructions for items purchased. There will be no refunds or returns due to improper care that causes fading, peeling, or some other form of reduced quality of an item. 

What if I have another question that is not address here?

If your question has not been addressed then email janna@jl-wellness.com and you will receive a response within 24 ours on business days.
