You know what's actually derailing your progress? It's not the missed workout. It's not the cookies- it's your self-talk. Let me give you an example... Recently a client of mine was telling me how she'd made progress on a task that she's really been struggling to just sit down and get herself to do. I said "That's great! Good job!"
