The Key To Your Weight Loss

If you're trying to lose weight I'd like you to read through each of these scenarios and see which one you resonate with the most. Then at the end I'll tell you exactly what you need to do to reach your weight loss goals.

Scenario 1: You use a weight loss shake to replace a meal or two over 30 days time. You lose 10-15 lbs. When the month ends, with relief, you start eating normal again glad that time of suffering is over.

Scenario 2: You go on a strict diet for 3 months and you lose 5-10 lbs but ultimately give it up cuz you miss "real" food.

Scenario 3: You start intermittent fasting but feel like poo by the end of your day so you binge at night and on the weekends. After 2 months you go back to your normal eating cuz you're not getting anywhere.

Scenario 4: You start a diet with the intention of losing weight fast for a wedding in 3 months. Once you've lost the 20 lbs your plan is to make some real changes. Wedding comes and goes (with only 5 lbs lost-the diet was hard to stick to), you miss real food and get hangry a bunch so you go back to your pre-diet food choices.

Scenario 5: You've made small changes each week that are super manageable and make sense for where you're at on your journey. You still eat the foods you love and you've added in new nutritionally dense foods you'd never have considered before. You've added in exercise that you enjoy a few days a week and take a 2-3 mile walk every day with your dog. You've set up a night time routine and bed time that sets you up for great sleep which helps you make good choices for your health each day. You've learned how to manage your stress in healthy ways. You have people in your life that support your goals and hold you accountable to them. Your environment supports your goals in such a way that you don't have to depend on your willpower all the time to make healthy choices. You've worked your way towards this for the last 8 months and you've shed 30 lbs that you have no trouble keeping off and you feel confident AF when you look in the mirror. You're excited about your vacation coming up in a couple of months that includes hiking you NEVER would have dreamed of doing 6 months ago.

Notice which scenario has led to sustainable success?

Do you understand why?

Weight loss, or trying to improve your wellness in any way, is about behavior change and your choices around food (and other wellness things). It's about your environment and support. It's about changing YOU. You are literally changing who you are as a person and it's such a beautiful process.

It's beautiful because of it's wins and struggles. It's beautiful because you get to learn and grow. You go through all of these ups and downs and before you know it you look back and you think to yourself "HOLY SHIZ! LOOK HOW FAR I'VE COME!" then you feel freaking good. So good. And proud of yourself. And confident. Confident in your ability to keep going and achieving more than you ever would have thought possible.

Just stop for a second and imagine that feeling for yourself. Soak it up. Let yourself sink in and FEEL it.

You are 110% capable of achieving that. You've already started simply by allowing yourself to feel it.

If any of the first 4 scenarios sounds like you (or maybe you have a different one) and you're sick of it reach out to me. This is what I help people with every day. You don't have stay on the vicious diet cycle. Below you can see some of the people that I've helped and they've all been in scenario 5.

If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and hop out of the vicious cycle you've been on set up a call with me and let's talk about it! You can have success just like the women above have and are CONTINUING to have.

I can't wait to talk with you! :)
