Introducing...

I've been working on this for awhile and I'm super excited to introduce the...

This community is about attaining overall wellness of the mind, body, and soul!

What is wellness?

In general, it's being healthy and thriving in all areas of life-mind, body, and soul. However, actively working on your wellness will require focusing on different areas at different times based on what you need as an individual.

How do I define the 3 main areas?

The mind is about your emotions, mindfulness, grit, and mindset.

The body is about strength, endurance, physical abilities, sleep, and nutrition.

The soul is about fulfillment, connection, awareness, and purpose.

An example of how these may look in action would be:

  • A person focusing on their fitness by prioritizing good nutrition and exercise (body)

  • Someone focusing on their connections with other people, and themselves, so they prioritize spending quality time with those important to them while also making time to spend alone in self-reflection (soul)

  • For another it could be focusing on their mental health so they prioritize journaling and self-care activities that recharge them like spending time in nature or working out (mind)

This brings me to my next point.

Everything goes together.

Eating well will make you feel physically better and mentally clearer.

Working out will boost your mood and improve your physical well-being.

Taking care of your mental health will get your mindset right so you can put in the effort that's needed to exercise and make time to eat well.

I wanted to create something that takes all of these things into consideration because that's how you attain overall wellness. You can't hardcore go after one and not consider the others.

The Pursuit of Wellness Community is for promoting growth, intentional living, fitness, and wellness of the mind, body, and soul. It's about crushing fitness goals, improving mindset, enhancing your well-being, having the support and encouragement you need, and being held accountable to the promises you are making to yourself.

Speaking of those promises, how may times have you told yourself that you would get in shape, lose the weight, or start eating better, but you don't know how to start? So you just continue talking about doing it or, maybe, you do get started, but you can't keep yourself going so you slide right back to where you began.

It's because you need to get your mind in the game, learn how to reach your goals, take action, and be held accountable to keeping the promises you've made to yourself.

Don't wait for next week, next month, or next year. The time is NOW.

Are you ready to start your own pursuit of wellness?
